Window Visions ripoff Ado Wrap, vertical blind with fabric windowvisions.net Jacksonville Florida
I wish I had read the complaints about Window Visions before I placed an order with them. My situation is slightly different than the other posts. I ordered Ado Wrap, which is vertical blind with fabric, last November.
After a month, I received everything but the fabric. Bob told me to call him back for the fabric after installing the vertical blind because they come from different factories (that should have sent up a red flag).
When I tried to install the vertical blind I discovered a problem with the track. I took digital pictures of the problem and emailed them to Bob. Bob replied saying that he will send me replacements.
Now, it is March and I have not received the replacement nor have I been able to contact Bob. My emails and voice messages have not been answered. I have contacted my credit card company who says that I have to ship the stuff back to Window Visions in order to get my money back.
