I placed an order with this company in Dec. 05. I recieved & returned it in Jan 06. I ahve called the company on several occasions in which I #1. would get no answer, #2. get an answer,put on hold til the line disconnected, #3. get an answer & be told I'm definately getting a refund, will be sent 2 Fridays from date, #4. Talked to a customer service person (2 months later)& finally got to talk with a supervisor was told my name was now on a list to get a check ( instead of credit to my debit) and it would be on April 14,2006 when they would be sending it out. #5. Today, May 1,2006, I talked to Madison, (who I've talked to before) told me they had to call me back because their system was down & no supervisors were available. I ask her if they were going to call me like they were suppose to when I left them a voice mail on a few different occasions? She said she knew nothing about that and that they would be calling me tomorrow.I found this web site right after I talked to her & couldn't believe what I had found out. The stories I read sounded just like mine.( even the getting no answer on the phone.

To this date 05/27/2006 I have called this company several times and only got an answer twice in which I was told the system was down and they would have to call me back. Well as you can probably guess, they have never called me back. Their commercial is still running on the tv and they are still selling their products on the internet. I can't believe they are still in business after what they did to me and so many other people. What do we have to do to get results? I am so frustated that I wouldlove to find out exactly who owns this company.
