Call them on their toll free number and speak to them to determine why you are unable to log on to your account. It may be something as simple as a password or user name error. Next, once you are able to get onto the WiredPlastic web site, go to your account management alerts and select the email alerts you would like to receive. Next, find the contact information for the companies that have been taking money out of your account so that you can call them and find out why. There should be something associated with each charge whether it is a phone number or web site address that you can look up to get a phone number. Like any other debit card, WiredPlastic can only accept or deline a specific charge against your account. When the charge is submitted against your account it has been authorized (how else would the company submitting the charge know you account information unless they received it from you or your information was stolen and used fraudulently). This is why you must get the contact information for the companies that have charged your account that you are questioning so that you can determine what they are for and if it may be fraud. Good luck.
