Wirefly Wirefly never sent rebates and I never got my Delta Frequent Flier Miles ripoff Internet
This is all true, this Wirefly place is NOT to be trusted. I bought my phone in December 2006 on Delta SkyMiles Wireless, and here are all the problems I have had:
1. They started sending the monthly bill to an old address of mine, a place I lived in 20 years ago! No lie. how did they get that address? I have been at this residence for 20 years now. Strange.
2. They gave me the old phone number of a gal who has serious credit problems, and I keep getting phone calls from her pals. 7 months later! Her nickname is....I kid you not "crackhead". I also get calls from a place that starts with..."This is a private message for __________, if you are not her please hang up". I kid you not.
3. I followed all the proper procedures, never received my rebates.
4. I never received my 5000 Frequent Flier Miles from Delta.
I am very frustrated because I am a good customer of Delta and Verizon. No one wants to help me.
