Complaint Review: W.I.S.H. Shopping Network Models - Nationwide

June 28, 2004 To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this in reference to the W.I.S.H. Shopping Network and Ron Gross, President of such company. My daughter is a Teen Supreme Professional Model through said company and it is OUTSTANDING! I have to say that I was probably one of the biggest skeptasists that Ron encountered and believe me, I asked every question imaginable and then some! I also looked Ron up on the Internet and called the Better Business Bureau to check him and his company out before signing the contract for my 14-year-old daughter, Stephanie. I had been taken several times in the past by other companies and wanted to be sure that Ron and his company were all that they said they were. I found out very quickly that Ron is an outstanding person and his company is very much so, LEGITAMATE! I had someone tell me that they found all sorts of bad stuff on Ron and it almost made me not sign so I became an investigator myself. I found absolutely nothing that was legitimate or accurate that was bad about Ron or his company. The only things I found were lies from models who didn't follow the contract themselves, so therefore didn't make the money they wanted to make and got upset with Ron, and then wrote lies about him. I don't feel this was right for them to do at all! If they would have followed the instructions given to them and requested things the way the contract reads, they would have been just as successful as my daughter is becoming right now with The W.I.S.H. Shopping Network with Ron Gross. Ron is a Christian man and his family is a perfect example of what a God Loving family should be. He extends that love out to ALL of his models and he does EVERYTHING he says he will do for you in the contract. He is a very OUTSTANDING businessman and he will not lie to you, nor will he not follow through with his contract you sign with him. Ron is in this business to make his models the BEST THEY CAN POSSIBLY BE and if he can't do that, HE WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS HIMSELF. After being in business for 25 years, I would say that should show anyone what a genuine person he is and that he does follow through with his contracts. He has made my daughter so confident in herself just by the flash portfolio that he put up (even before he got money from us) that I am proud to say he is not only my daughters helper in her business, but also as a Christian mother myself, he is our friend. Ron even gave us his home telephone number to call him any time we needed with questions and he has ALWAYS been more than willing to help in all aspects. Ron Gross is a very good person and his company is as I said before, OUTSTANDING. He puts out almost $2000.00 just to sign a model on. I think that asking for a $289.00 deposit, that is returned in monthly installments to the model, is a very low and fair amount considering the work, effort, and capital he puts behind his models. He chooses the best and he believes in them and that is what makes a good business relationship with Ron Gross. To you Ron, I want to say THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY STEPHANIE'S DREAMS BECOME A REALITY!! We thank you from our hearts and wish you all the best with your family and know that you and yours are always in our prayers. God Bless You and good luck with all that you do. We stand behind you completely and we know that you will help Stephanie in every step that she takes. YOU GAVE US THAT OPPORTUNITY and to my daughter YOU GAVE HER THE COURAGE TO GO AFTER HER DREAMS, that means the world to all of us!!

Model simply has to pay her balance of $89.00 to receive the thousands of dollars worth of modeling services. She signed and agreed to the terms of the contract. She already has a built in MONEY BACK GUARANTEE through Monthly Gross Revenue Shares in which she signed and agreed to. Furhermore: Please be advised that our Shopping Network did not steal a credit card from this person while she was in the hospital. This is really ridiculous that a person would stoop so low as to make such a terrible lie. If we had done this, we would be in jail. This person did in fact sign a contract with our shopping network to receive thousands of dollars of modeling services and in fact still owes our network the remaining $89.00. She has signed agreeing to terms of the contract, breached her end of the agreement, and then comes back and accuses our good name. If anyway is still skeptical about the tremendous services our Shopping Network provides to models, please call Ron at [DELETED]. We continue to be shocked at the lies, defamation, libel, slander etc. that the internet allows to be published, which in return can face these liars some serious consequences.

First of all, this would be impossible! This would mean that somehow, when she was in the hospital, and trust me, I have not idea where this person lives, that somehow our network was there and stole her credit card and used it..this is so nasty and immoral to accuse our fine network of this. It appears that her daughter signed the contract and used her grandmothers card. Some people will try anything to hurt the good name of others. She signed agreeing to the terms of the contract, and still owes our network $89.00..when paid in full, she gets all of the great benefits, guarantees, etc. And, although our models pay a security deposit, they are guaranteed to have it paid back.
