I've been working our our Company's website through Wix.com now for over 3 weeks.  Initially, I began using the "free" service, but eventually paid for their "Premium" service once I realized I wasn't getting the features I needed (the ones they lured me into believing they had with their "free" service prior to signing up) to effectively design the website.  During the design process of the "free" version around the 3rd day, there were many daily "error" messages that didn't say what the error was but just purported a code and #, it didn't cut and paste well, the website would crash unexpectedly.  Usually, I would've just cancelled the service, but I had already invested 3 days into the website and I was on a deadline, so I took a chance and paid for the premium upgrade.  Would you know that as soon as I paid for the premium service, these issues top occurring?  That's not all, after upgrading, I did a web search on my domain to see if it published correctly, and I noticed Wix.com not only published a version of the original test website I was experimenting with during the test phase (yes it had all sloppy content, pictures, and all the other items you use when testing a website) without my consent, but had also published a whole bunch of wix content in the company description area.  There were multiple wix.http url's published by wix.com, not me, and it looks as if they have taken our company name and branded wix.com on everything. 

Furthermore, when I tried to delete this account, there wasn't an easily accessible delete button in site.  In fact, after 1 hour of searching their home page, i finally found the help section and typed in the words "cancel account" and it told me to submit my name, email, wix.com url etc and they would delete the account taking "a couple of days."  Unless you knew to type in the exact words:  "cancel account" not "delete account" "remove account", you won't get the link to send them an email.  NOWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE DO THEY HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER, NOT EVEN WHEN YOU PAY FOR THE UPGRADE PREMIUM SERVICE!  WHAT KIND OF SERVICE BUSINESS, ESPECIALLY ONE OF THIS NATURE, DOESN'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMERS TO CALL?  I've sent them 3 emails over the last week, kindly, begging, pleading them to remove the unauthorized published test verision and they still haven't removed the website nor replied to my emails.  THIS ISN'T FAIR!  I have received several concerns about the wix.com content appearing after a search of our company name.  I was advised by a friend to go into the settings and update the url description and SEO info, which I did, but would you know it gave me an error code # again and won't publish my company's content, instead they publish their own information under your company name?  WHO THE HELL WOULD WANT THIS, EVEN FOR FREE, LET ALONE TO PAY FOR?  Now, we can't get the content removed and can't launch our radio ads until this issue is resolved.  It has put us behind 1 week and has costs us dearly.
