WIX.COM The worst customer support ever! Internet
After multiple pleas for help with WIX.com, they continue to send the same instructions to my problem, which doesn't work, over and over. If you try to get phone support, first they make it almost impossible to find a phone number, then you have to wait for long periods of time on the phone or wait for then to call you back 4 or 5 days later. Then you get the same stupid advice that doesn't work. I have been trying to get my site verified by google for over a month and still no resolution. The communication from support gets worse and worse. Not a company to get involved with!
