My mother ordered a wand from this company on October 3, 2011.  It's now December 25, 2011.  she has still not recieved the product.  In this period of time she's only recieved one e-mail about the owner complaining to my mother (believe it or not) that they had just gotten back on line and she needed to be patient.  This person said that they would be in contact within the week.  That was November 5, 2011.

I have heard nothing else from these people and it's almost January.  They claim the product should take no longer than eight weeks.  If it should take longer than eight weeks contact them.  Well, my mother has tried calling with the only response to be a complaint about these people not having internet for a while.  We've tried calling and have gotten no call backs.

I am making this report to warn others away from this company.  Do not trust them.  Your money will be stolen, and you'll have nothing to show for it.  My mother is going to attempt a dispute, now.  Hopefully she'll still be able to at least get her money back.  This company should be avoided at all cost.  This was a Christmas present, but now she's had to go with a back-up and she's very frustrated.

My mother's order number is 951104.  How much more information do you need, because we've got it all saved.  The only update I see when I click on that order number is that it's been paid.  Not shipped.

She has sent e-mails to that e-mail address and every e-mail on the website.  She's even told you if you didn't respond that she'd have to dispute and you still are not responding.  It's been more than three months since she's ordered this.  The woman has the patients of a saint.  I would not have waited this long without response.

Do you have an order number or name it was ordered under? I should not have any pending orders from this time period. If a response was not received from any of the website emails, please try [email protected]. Sometimes the internet server blocks emails from certain providers and IP addresses.
