WNNFB World Financial Network National Bank WFNNB; Maurices; Dress Barn and other retail businessess as well as credit cards Fraudulent Charges on my account, non existent late charges, and finance charges on top of that! Columbus, Ohio
I dealt with WFNNB many times, and in 2000 I finally realize that many of the stores and credit cards use them as a credit bank for many stores. In looking into my account, I realized that WFNNB had overcharged me in my Maurice's account on a monthly basis for a few years at the tune of $300.00 a year. I contacted them many times over, and the stores to no avail, they are elusive, and slithery. After getting tired of them, I cancelled my account and informed Maurices of their practices. The final slap in the face came when they sent me a bill for $25.00 late fee a month after I payed off and cancelled my account. I have not had credit cards since then. In January of 2011, I realized I needed revolving credit to help my credit score because I have no debt but my house mortgage. This time, I went to the Dress Barn, and opened the account. I have not received a bill since then but, went into my account online a week ago and found I am getting charged $25.00 a month late fee even though I have never been late. I visited the Dress Barn two days ago, and found out that WFNNB also takes care of the Dress Barn accounts. I am mortified, insulted, and just plain pissed off! I have looked online for this bank and there are millions of rip off reports on them. In the economic situation our country is, the last thing we need is yet one more bank ripping off Americans. I suggest everyone that reads my report looks up thier accounts to see which ones have WFNNB as the creditors and boycott them. We need to show them they cannot do this, apparently the powers at be are turning a blind eye to this situation.
Isn't it about time we take charge of these banks that are making millions at the expense of American's hard earned money deceitfully??
