Heather Schwab and William Schwab, the infamous serial squatters from Texas run a fake collection agency. They pretend to be lawyers and investigators and all the while are operating illegally. They also have money wired to them and keep it. Clients never see it. CBS 11 in Dallas has done an entire expose on them and they are currently wanted by the law.
