I am shortly going to file a letter with more details with almost the same story and complaint as this consumer. Ours will tell of bullying, threating us, and the loss of nearly 8000.00. This was the tactic that WOLF Auto used to rip us off. They should be put out of business.
Facts: Our car that we spend almost 8000.00 does not run!
fact: WE were bullied by the family
Fact: we were over charged after being quoted one price
Fact: Wolf locked car away so we could not get to it
My report will have more facts in it. I am sorry to the consumers that fall prey to Wolf....fitting name huh!

When rhe owner said he wanted cash upfront before he would begin work, That did not raise a red flag? Any time a company makes that statement dont walk away. RUN!

This is another incomplete story for us to figure out. We are not being told the year, make, model, and engine size. It would also help to know what the quoted price and charged price was. Was there a work order with the price quote on it? Do you have the bill that shows if it was a used or rebuilt transmission? How about the warranty paperwork? Why haven't you filed a claim for warranty replacement?
