I purchased this useless product about a month ago and when processing payment, a screen said that they payment couldn’t be processed or something similar. I tried again and it seemed to work however I was then billed twice. 

It took a while to realise as my credit card bill didn’t come through for a while - and of course, they try to include a term requiring refund requests to be made within 30 days. How exactuly is that fair and what legitimate purpose does that term serve other than to try to prevent people obtaining refunds for their useless product?

I was totally unable to actually use the program for any purpose. I had downloaded it on a Friday as we were given new work phones. It connected with the free trial, however I wasn’t able to move anything across apart from contacts and even that didn't work.

Then when I purchased the full version it wouldn’t connect to my Samsung (only the old Apple). As it was getting late on a Friday evening (here in Australia) I gave up and went home, and wasn’t able to try again over the weekend.

This was quite frustrating as while there are statements that the free trial version of the product doesn’t differ from the paid version, clearly it does as the trial version doesn’t allow music to be transferred. I was also quite frustrated that despite the program being described as copying text messages, media etc with ‘one click’ it was actually quite a pain and in the end impossible to use.

I had to download a ‘driver’ for the iPhone and for the Samsung and other instructions online from the site, then when it wouldn’t connect I tried various ways of connecting, plugging one phone in then the other, swapping, turning on and off the settings for the Samsung as the instructions noted but it just would not work!

I ended up giving up and going home. I then was able to get my contacts across with a different program over the weekend as I really needed these on my new phone and had hoped to do this simply, and I later found a way to transfer the music without the program which was actually a lot easier than trying to use the program - which then made the program I purchased quite useless!

Definitely got none of the promised beenfits from this program and had to pay for it twice which I suspect is part of a scam. Would not recommend to anyone, ever!

Regarding your complaint, can you tell us your order number or email address used for the purchase? Once we confirm there is repeated order, we will refund one. For the other problem, can you tell me what model of iPhone and iOS version and the Android version of you r Samsung phone? In theory, if the trial version can recognize the two phones, so will the paid version. You can refer to the limitation of the trial version from here: support.wondershare.com/how-tos/what-is-the-limitation-of-the-trial-version.html

It’s possible there is a compatibility issue we need to identify and resolve. Anyway, you did use an alternative solution to transfer your data, we can also refund for the second order if you need. Meanwhile, we are continuing to develop and enhance MobileTrans’ compatibility.
