I bought the product and within minutes I had uncontrolable popups. Had to call in a data security guru to solve my problem. It cost me a bundle.
The software is better than average but I am afraid to re-install. This is the last time I buy from a company that doen't have phone support. I have used video editing software for a long time and continue to try many related products. This is my first bad experience. My recommendation would be to use anyting else. Is it possible it wa me and not Wondershare!
I have been using computers sine '81, have maintained a large network in my office and home.

It is all very well someone from Wondershare saying they take customer complaints very seriously blah blah blah but in the end everyone knows they deliberately place programs onto peoples computers which are not removed by unistalling them which is dishonest.
Why should uninstalling their software not remove all of the software you thought you were downloading from them?
In my opinion, Wondershare should be reported to the relevant authorities and put out of business. I will certainly never buy anything from them and warn all my friends about downloading anything from this company.

Telling a user how to fix it is fine but I noticed you said nothing about removing your adware in the future. I know for a fact it's a simple programming change. There are lots of complaints of this adware. You're losing business because of it. Oh Well.

Having understood the inconvenience caused to you, we feel worried. Wondershare Software does take customer care seriously.
Please delete the pop up message by this step for a try:
1.Press Ctrl + Alt
+ Delete on keyboard at the same time, choose Start Task Manager to open
Windows Task Manager and click Processes, choose AShelp.exe and click End
Process to close it.
2.Go to C:\Program
Files\Common Files\Wondershare\Wondershare Helper Compact, delete all the
folder in that path and then launch the program to check again.
