Ordered software from this company that doesnt work. Wanted refund but there is no realistic contact infomation nor is there regional phone number that is available. Emailed for a refund based on reciept and not reponce. Total ripoff. Buyer beware!

I have tried 3 times this company
EVERY TIME worked great. I was scared at first.. but all the software works well
Then I realized why people complain its knowledge. You cannot assume data can be saved if you write over it or damages on drive. YOu cannot assume that softwares can intergrate correctly .. For example the new Itunes file has issues installing on older windows 7 now geared to the new Iphone.
not windows 7 or macs faults its tech. So you have to intergrate correctly otherwise recoveries dont work
I had to setup a pc correctly with the write software and gear it just for recovery for this to work
it requires tech skills.
ALot of complaints here are related to skills or software issues. WOndershare should just have an online support setup to repair live the devices on there end
However since it is owned by a chinese family in china.. I can see normal bias take off because of meida and propaganda.
I wonder is this the real issue communication to make the product work.
I repaired 3 devices for my customers so far and recover iphone data and it worked 100 percent. there is nothing out there cheap for the average person .. this one seems to work but you have pay for it and they licence it ina way you cant steal there software makign them more legit.
