Wood robinson,cslb kern county DA I have enough evidence to put wood robinson head of enforcement cslb,a cslb investigator, kern county deputy DA in prison.I have contacted the dept. of justice and iam in the process of supplying the bakersfeild, California
I have enough evidence to put Wood Robinson in prison for malicious prosecution and obstruction of justice; one of the cslb investigators under Wood obinson has retired for fear of prosecution for evidence tampering, perjury and filing a false report against a contractor which resulted in the contractor's false arrest and being charged with a felony by the Kern County District Attorney's Office.
The cslb investigator was functioning under instructions from Wood Robinson. The investigato, John Thomspon, is out of the Fresno cslb office and ironically has just recently retired. Mr. Thompson wrote a l00 page report that was signed off on by his supervisor, Earl Walls, who coincidentally is also recently retired. The report was received by Stephen Katz, who at that time was the deputy d.a. in charge of white collar crime in the d.a.'s office.
Mr. Katz is now Judge Katz. Mr. Katz never exercised any oversight and it is questionable whether he even read John Thompson's report. The report was hand delivered by Mr. Thompson to Mr. Katz and a cover letter written by Mr. Thompson stating he would do anything Mr. Katz requested to prosecute the contractor, knowing full well that he had committed perjury, conspired with the two witnesses to commit perjury as indicated in the report.
Mr. Thompson failed five times to appear in court to defend his report because he can't. The Kern County d.a.'s office has refused to acknowledge that the d.a.'s prosecutor in this case, Mr. Jackson, has committed perjury, obstruction of justice and evidence tampering at the preliminary trial in the Superior courtroom of presiding Judge Bush.
Judge Bush has been made aware of Mr. Jackson's actions and that of his court reporter, Kathy Smith. The contractor has won a Marsden Motion against the Kern County Public Defender's office for conflict of interest. The case is still ongoing and I would like to know how many others out there have been falsely convicted or incarcerated by any of these individuals. This kind of illegal activity cannot continue at the cslb and the Kern County court system.

If I were Wood Robinson I would leave CSLB for fear of prosecution. All I can say is I would be crapping bricks right about now.... according to the call I received asking all kinds of questions I was asked about Mr. Robinson... I however cannot express what was said or what was asked. I would not want to be him right now. Yikes!
