Ripped-off by Woodman entertainment !!!
I ordered twice at Pierre Woodmans, Woodman Entertainment company. Both times they ripped me off.
First time: they did not apply the announced 5% discount on my order. Second time: They applied, without any prior announcement, a 34,00 EUR transportation charge.
On this last order, Woodman entertainment wrote a credit note and promised in several emails to reimburse the over billed and overpaid amount. Unfortunately, this rip-off company does not keep their promises. Even worse, after a few emails, they do no longer communicate.
Therefore, I would recommend everybody to buy their adult DVDs somewhere else. Forget about Woodman entertainment, it's a rip-off company.

Woodman Entertainment SL reimbursed within a few hours after receiving a copy of the rip-off report.

On the day the report was published, I send a copy to Woodman Entertainment SL. The same day, their Company Attorney/Director gave me a call. The conversation was not very friendly, and in the first place he tried to scare me off. As I clearly warned him that I would go on publishing their business practice and where needed would publish copies of emails, invoices, etc He finally understood that it was best for their company to reimburse me the money I was entitled to. Twenty for hours later, the due amount was on my bank account. One can ask, why it took Woodman Entertainment so many time, while once the rip-off report was published, they took action in less then a couple of hours. Thanks to ripoffreport.com, I had my money back.
