Woods Edge Apartments LANDLORDS FROM HELL!! SLUM!! Rockville Maryland
Beginning two years ago new management, Realty Management Services in Bethesda Maryland, took over Woods Edge Apartments in Rockville, MD. Since then there has been reverse descrimination. Priority is given to a certain minority. The maintenance staff and management staff are friends with certain residents who speak their same language.
These residents break their lease agreements by violating noise regulations to the point that the local police are furious with them. They leave their children (sometimes babies) alone in their apartments and also to play alone in the parking lots and nothing is done. They leave their broken down cars in the parking lots. They hang velvet paintings and old soiled ripped up sofas and other trash on their patios.
If any person other than this minority reports anything to the management they are called liars. When they show an apartment to a potentially new resident all of a sudden the noise goes down, the children play inside and the patios are cleaned up. If anyone outside of this minority violates the rules they are written up and threatened with eviction. Many people are upset by being treated so disrespectfully by people that have their jobs because of the expensive rent that we pay.
Also, at various times our building has been infested with mice, roaches and ants.
