UPDATE: Click Here to see how Financial & World Benefits contacts Rip-off Report, stating they will give REFUNDS to unsatisfied customers, working harder to avoid employee & customer misunderstandings.I recieve a phone call stating that I would recieve a credit card with a $2000 limit all I had to pay was $299 that would cover any interest and yearly fees. I wanted to have the extra money for christmas, so I said yes and gave them my bank information for the money to be withdrawn. I was told I would recive my card 15 -20 days from the date the funds were taken out by fed ex. After 20 days passed I discovered this website and I was pissed.
Not only did I not receive this card by christmas, I lost the $299. I finally reached the company by phone and was told there was a delay in their shipping (I read another report and they were told the same thing...(3 months earlier than my complaint.) While on the phone I started to inquire about the ligitamacy of the company, the girl then got very rude and hung up on me.
I immediately went to my bank and filed an ACH application which took only 3 minutes and an $18 dollar fee and my $299 was IMMEDIATELY returned to my account.
I got my money back (even though I am $18 dollars short)I said yes to this offer for the card, not to be lied to. I've been a telemarketer for 2 years, I hate the fact that there is a company out there like this to ruin the lively hood of others.
