EDitor's UPDATED info 2-20-04: Rip-off Report is still receiving complaints that they are not receiving the refunds as promised. Rip-off Report has been in contact with the Company and has made them aware of these issues. They have assured us that refunds are being given to those who are providing them with all the correct contact information requested by them. They have also provided confirmation/proof of over 2,600 refunds to date, on a spreadsheet, and Rip-off Report staff called and verified more than a dozen consumers at random, all very angry & outraged, but, they all did get their refund. The company again apologized for the delay and reported that credit to your account could take as long as 4-5 days. As we understand it, this company only does the processing for all the other companies, so they are at the mercy of those companies funds, further delaying your refund.
Rip-off Report is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will, ..we'll see. Rip-off Report will continue to investigate more into this situation, and we will eventually post an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address: https://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=76605

I received a call from this company in January with an offer of an credit card with a one time fee of 299.00. I was told that I would have a 6.9% interest rate and a 2000.00 limit. The money was withdrawn from a account on March 4, 2004. I was told in January that I would receive the card within fifteen days of the payment. When I called Amerinet 1-800-221-0854 toward the end of March, they told me that they only process the payments for this company and that I should call them directly. They then gave the number 866-367-4919. The young lady that I spoke to told me that I was incorrectly informed and that I will receive my credit card in April. I then called the company again on April 14th and was then rudely told that I could not get my money back and that I would receive my card by the second week of May. I called again on May 10, 2004, and was told that the computers were down and that I should call back. I called back on May 11, 2004, and was again told that the computers were down. I called again on May 12, 2004 and after waiting on hold for quite sometime for Daniel Lewis to come back to the phone he told me that I would not receive my confirmation package until the middle of July.
I then told him that I wanted my money back and he rudely told me that it was non-refundable. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he told my that "it is not within your rights as a consumer or client to speak with a manager." I asked him if he ever heard of ripoffreport.com and he said "no".
When I asked him to again tell me what the name of his company was because I was under the impression that there were several noted names he then responded,"you gave your money to a company and you don't even know their name?" I did inform him that I wanted to be sure that he was using the same name today as they were using yesterday. The conversation ended on that note. I really want to get my moneyback and I fell completely helpless.

Superior benefits,Trust benefits,Premium benefits,Premiere Benefits,United Benefits witch is south star benefits.Financial benefits, Member benefits,Gold Superior benefits,Gold benefits,My world of benefits,World beneficial bank,World benefits,World global benefits, world wide groups, All of these Company's Have the Same Address. 100A Walnut D 15 Suit 740,741,742,743,744. I found all of this at the BBB IN Newyork. all of these companys have been turned in to the BBB.Superior benefits with 229 complaints Member benefits has 108, World benefits has 104 Global benefits has 27 Imperia benefits has 121 United benefits,south star benefits. has 43 Trust benefits has 84 Premiere benefits has 34 Financial benefits has 80 Premium benefits has 10 Over several hundred complaints on this website!
