I filed a ripoff report a little over a week ago, and read on Thursday that apparently World Benefits has contacted Ripoff Report, promising a refund to all dissatisfied customers if you send them an email explaining your problem. They promised to respond within 1-2 business days. This must be like their promise of 15 days turning into two months for their credit card offer that turns out to be a bunch of pamphlets not worthy for even my fireplace. I still have yet to hear from them, and it is my suspicion that they intend to wait for the 60 days bank refund limit before they ever reply, so they can send you an email gloating over how they stole your money from you.
Send them an email as Ripoff report tells you, and do not forget to include your ripoff report web address i.e. /Credit-Debt-Services/World-Benefits/world-benefits-ripoff-champlai-2PEPD.htm in the subject heading. This is apparently the terms that have been set with ripoff report, howeever if you are under 90 days from being drafted, contact your bank immediately, and you still may be able to file a Fraud report. If under 60 days from being drafted....contact your bank NOW, since it is practically guaranteed that youll receive your money back as long as you are within the 60 day time limit. To all those who are over the 90 days, please add your story to this site so that we can help to make people more aware. I receommend to contact the News Stations that do the "Shame on you Reports" so that we can make this Fraud Company as publicly known as possible.
