FIRST OF ALL LET ME SAY "COMPANY OF CHOICE" MY AZZ. YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. INSTEAD OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ON MY BILL THERE WAS A PORN NUMBER OF 800-254-8994. THERE ARE NO CONVENIENT LOCATIONS TO GO TO, THE SALES REPRESENTATIVES ARE EVEN RUDER THAN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES, AND APPARENTLY, THERE ARE NEVER ANY MANAGERS OR SUPERVISORS TO BE DIRECTED TO IN ANY DEPARTMENT-OR THEY DON'T HANDLE THOSE PROBLEMS. ALL I WANT IS MY BILL TO BE CORRECTED, AND ON TIME. APPARENTLY THIS IS TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR. IT IS ALSO IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. I CAN'T CANCEL BECAUSE I CAN'T GET THROUGH. I WENT TO THE LOCATION THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOCATED (2650 WARRENVILLE ROAD) AND WAS DENIED ACCESS TO EVEN ENTER THE BUILING TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE. I WAS INFORMED I HAD TO CALL IN THROUGH AN 800 NUMBER THAT DOESN'T WORK.
