World Gym ripoff dishonest fradulent billing, I am overwhelmed by this and just by the fact that they are not taking responsibility for their actions. Asheville North Carolina
World Gym of Asheville, Has fradulently been billing me for a memebership that I did not agree too. Supposedly an agreement to a "free" trial membership means that you will be billed.
The Manager is refusing to see me or return any of my calls. When an appointment was made and I went to the establishment and he "all of a sudden" had a meeting come up, which by the way I was told was going to last for another 45 minutes.
I am overwhelmed by this and just by the fact that they are not taking responsibility for their actions.

I urge you to get your facts straight before spewing off your false accusations about the gym. Yes, it is a free trial membership for a limited amount of time. But if you READ the paperwork that YOU SIGNED, you will see that if you fail to notify the gym ahead of time, your limited time membership will automatically be converted into a regular membership, which logic will tell you is NOT free. Why do you think you had to fill out a billing section on the application with your bank or credit card information? It is clear you did not take the time to read anything at all on the application, and just signed away on everything. YOUR FAULT!! Next time do not blame anyone else for your irresponsible actions except for YOU.
