Complaint Review: World Gym - Santa Monica California

I am hoping you will contact the corporate headquarters, but this is a complaint about WORLD GYM BEAUMONT TEXAS. All Mary Fontenot and Jody Nolan will do is deny it and cover it up-by forgery of my handwriting and God knows what else.

I did complain to the headquarters before about the harassment of the aerobic instructors-it was not until recently I got two peices of mail that let me know world gym managers/owners was heavily involved in this conspiracy.

Here are the crimes committed by World Gym owners of Beaumont TX

Stalking

Forgery

illegal wire tapping

harassment

vandalism to the engine of my car

employment interference

slander

fake police reports(they are well hidden, but I know they are there)

SEXUAL HARASSMENT-sent many people to demand I was i was a victim of a sex-crime-I want to file sexual harrassment charges against everyone of these people I can identify.

giving a customer a key chain of a man and woman in the act of sexual intercourse to give to me at work. (prior to this-I quit goign to the gym-becasue aerobic instructor alyce alter was severly following me, harrassing me-but they were obviouly planning on setting me up to make up something-when I left-the clerk had a very worried look on his face). My supervisor encouraged me to keep the key chain-I have the bogus reprimand to prove it.

The woman I ment here at the gym -whom I suspect is a middle Eastern terrorists-recopied my handwriting changed the text and mailed it in the to the State of Texas-but I have no idea what she changed it to.

This woman-her name on her DL is Elizabeth Santos-grew up in a reform school has been working with this club. She claims she is a probation officer and has criminals-felons following me all of the time. Then have them call in fake police reports-claiming I am the one following her. She is mentally incompetent-although well educated.

faking at least partially a court hearing involving one of their employees-jack mitchell-in attempt to prove frivoulous domestic violence. Before Elizabeth supposedly got arrested-for domestic violence-it went about two weeks I did not return her calls or contact her in any way. She wanted my attention.

Mail theft-stole and altered my mail right out of the Beaumont post office-they did not want my headshots getting delivered to talent agents-I got evidence-physical evidence -including phone calls that proves my mail was stolen. I had a strange phone call from Elizabeth on December 1 1998. How did she know I was mailing out headshots? I did not tell anyone this info.

World Gym owners/reps listened to everyone of my phone conversations then if it was an interview called my employer and discouraged them from hiring me

I got recordings of getting hired at the interview-and suddenly they refuse to return my phone calls-or have any response.

They told an employer of mine-Linda Harris if she was to fire me, they would get her two nephews off-one working the front desk was on probation for drugs-even disconnected the fire alarm at the front desk of the hotel so they could smoke pot, and the other one is in the penn-for throwing a girl in the water to drown.

The woman they have stalking me-Elizabeth whom I met at this club- her husband was working here-is faking the hispanic race. The private investigator whom found she was using many different identities and socials. She has claimed to be of the black race, fluent in spanish-but I think she is mid eastern.

She despises caucasions/whites. She told me she was dating someone in the KGB-he was a russian-I met him. She also claims to have government jobs and involved in the Bush administration and served in the US military. I really think she is accessory to the terrorists

They gave fraudulent information to the apartment complex of where I live. We had to pay a very hi deposit-the apartment was probably just hoping we would not rent here. We were stalked and harassed to no end by the maintenace people-suddenly when we figured it out-the entire maintenance changed over.

This apartment has a tanning bed and vey nice workout room with racquet ball, tennis courts-you name it-they got it here. I think that is why the world gym owners attacked this property management with lies about me -the way they did.

Because these major crimes are being denied-despite the hard evidence-I suspect there must be hi political connections involved in this. Jody had a major accident-fell off of a cliff prior to opening the gym-and regardless of what this club has done-the authorities felt like taking their side was the politcally correct thing to do. THAT IS BULLSHIT.

I have been denied of my constitutional and civil rights-by tampering with my employment-and my Boyfriend-we have evidence this started in 1996-tampering with our employment-when I started going to clear Lake for gymnastic classes to compete in fitness-the harassment got horrible. It got worse when I auditioned for the Houston Rocket Power dancers. It got worse once i left the gym-it will not stop till something is done. Everything jsut keeps escualting-there is no keeping quiet.

Everything I am saying can be proven-I have documentations and recordings. Including Bush brusing off my complaint about my middle eastern employers when he was governor of Texas. I do think Bush is involved.

Even if Bush-or someone comparable to him is backing this-I want justice. They had no right to take away my rights as a US citizen.

World Gym Headquarters-I complained to you back in 1997-it was mainly about the aerobic instructors. I did not know nearly as much as I know now. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOU GYM. FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME IF YOU WANT MORE INFO.

I WILL MAKE SURE THIS IS VERY PUBLIC TILL JUSTICE IS DONE.
