I ordered the presidental quarters and paid up front for them. I received 13 coins over the release dates, then they stopped coming. I had never opened the last 3 envelopes as I was on the road all but 4-5 days a month. Then 3 days ago I found my lost collection in a box that had been under my bed for 3 years. I opened the last envelope and read the letter, it said i had until 02/29/2012 to fill out a g-20 form and check the appropriate box that i could be dropped from the program, get store credit, remuneration (they pay me for the coins 2.00 each when i paid 12.00) or continue program with a substitution.
I couldn't remember the name of the company or find the coins it had been so long since i had received any, i lost them. So now, i have been trying to call them for 2 days, i was on hold 4 times for 15-20 mins. at a time, i left messages no one calls back. the letter i got says i would not rec. any more correspondense. dont do business with these crooks. and why wont the ag's office do any thing to them? Class action should be going on after all the complaints i see.
