If you read this posting, this consumer was never a customer of ours. This person also assumes a lot and makes false accusations, including that our services are a "rip off". (simply evident by the posting on this site) This is not only wrong, its unfair. It hurts business despite our sales agent spending time with this customer, being respectful and answered all of his or her questions. Seems rather ironic and to be honest, I'm outright insulted.
