worldcom wireless is a rip-off fraud ..I have been scammed!
approximately 2 months ago i purchased a phone with worldcom wireless...in the agreement i purchased a protection plan for 3.95 a month...but when billed....my bill was almost 10 dollars higher than it should of been..but i thought nothing of it..considered that it was tax or something...
then this weekend my phone was stolen from me...
i spend 2 minutes filing a police report...and 3 hours trying to make an insurance claim...when purchasing the phone...i was never told that i would also have to pay a $50 deductable even though i was already paying a monthly fee....neither was i told that in order to claim my deductable and receive a new cell phone...i would have to pay with visa or mastercard...they were not going to accept cash/check. so i now can not get a new phone...but am under a one year contract....to make it worst...
i was searching the internet for answer....and come to read that ...if you would like to make money for your organization....you could sell phones for worldcom wireless....i never knew that i was part of a "fundraiser" i figured my friend thought it was a good deal...so would i ..considering she referred me...but little did i know ...she had just gotten the phone....not only this...but the fundraiser must have ended..because...the number left to contact my sales representative no longer exist...
i have been scammed!!!!!!~~~i have called for an entire day trying to get answers...and so fat have been given about 10-12 diffrent routing numbers to call....constantly being told that i have the wrong department....and i am always put on hold....i hever get answers....and still am waiting for a call back....i have even mailed a letter and have gotten no answer...to make things worst...they give me california numbers to call...not numbers around cleveland ohio....where i live.....this company is one big disaster!!!!!1
