YES, I HAVE FILED COMPLAINT PAPERS, A DETAILED LETTER AND COPIES OF FALSE AND INCONSISTANT BILLING STATEMENTS WITH THE FCC. I COPIED WORLDCOM WITH SAME. I ALSO MAILED ALL OF THE AFORE MENTIONED TO CBS 60 MINUTES, 20/20, DATELINE, AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I AGREE THAT WE SHOULD ALL JOIN TOGETHER IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. REPLY AND LET'S GROW STRONG IN NUMBERS! MY CODENAME IS JAPPLE.

MY LAST CONVERSATION WAS WITH E. MANUEL SIMON. I WAS PASSED TO HIM BECAUSE HE, I WAS TOLD, IS A SUPERVISOR. MR SIMON ADMITTED TO ME THAT THE TELEMARKETING COMPANY THAT ORIGINALLY HAD BEEN FIRED BY WORLDCOM FOR "SLAMMING". HE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE "PACKAGE" I CONTRACTED FOR NEVER EXISTED. THEN HE SAID THAT THE CHARGES ON MY STATEMENT WOULD NOT BE REMOVED AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THEM. I WLL NOT! TWICE NOW ADMISSION HAS BEEN MADE TO ME THAT I AM NOT IN ERROR BUT WORLDCOM'S TELEMARKETER WAS. WORLDCOM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FRAUDULENT STATEMENTS TO ME. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MORE THAN I AGREED TO. AT FIRST CONTACT I WAS TOLD THAT OUR CONVERSATION WAS BEING RECORDED. WORLDCOM KNOWS THEY ARE WRONG BUT HAS THUS FAR REFUSED TO TAKE RESONSBILITY. IF THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME SERVICE AS STATED TO ME ORIGINALLY THEY SHOULD PAY TO SET ME UP WITH A NEW COMPANY AND A NEW PHONE.
