In May of 2002 I was called on my phone at home about a 3 day trial offer of a free cellular phone with unlimited calls for the 3 days. I received a phone that was so small that I couldn't even hold it to talk on it. I called to tell them I would send it back and to forget this trial offer. The person I talked to said she would send another phone that would be differant.

She sent the same phone again to me. The day I tried to activate it was the day I found out that my sister passed away and really could of used it for the free trial as their was alot of long distance calls to make. Noone could hear me talk when I called them so had to use my regular phone. I called Worldcom back and they said they would send me a return stamp to mail it. I told them I had the two phones and they said to mail one at a time with the referance number they gave me.

It took me calling them back 3 more times and two months later to send the second return address stamp. Now I am getting billed for June and some of May when it was suppose to be a free trial. It was used one day and that was it. I called back to complain and asked for a manager and the person said they would transfer me and the phone hung up.
