In August, I decided to join WORLGN as a distributor.  It was presented to me as being in the beginning stages which of course is always good from a multi level marketing standpoint.  While I NEVER go for MLM businesses, I thought this was cool because at the time you just had to pay a 1 time fee of $349 for the HELO product and become a distributor.  There were no recurring fees etc and I thought that it would be easy to sell since it seemed like a cool product.  The Helo is kind of like a fitbit but it monitors blood pressure and some other things as well.  If I only wanted the HELO then I would just pay $249, but I knew I could sell this so I paid the $349 so I could be part of the business as well.  This was 8/29/16, fast forward weeks.. and I still haven't received my HELO in the mail.  The facebook group I was a part of kept posting that it was taking a while to get the US helo's but they were putting in for an expedited shipping.  Ok, cool.  Fast forward another week or so and I was fed up.  This company had $379 ($349 plus fees) of my money and I didn't have 1 thing to show for it.  I emailed them requesting them to just cancel my order and give me a refund.  Easy, right?  NO... it wasn't.

Turns out, they said I purchased "SPACE".  Yes, you read that correctly... since I purchased "SPACE" and not an actual product, they could not give me a refund.   I"m sorry... I'm confused.  What do you mean "space"???  Space where?  Space for what?  Where is this $400 worth of space I purchased??  Apparently, there was confusion when they created the website so they have since changed it to one purchase price of $320 whether you want the business or not. there is no longer a $249 or $349 option.  Ok.. I get it... it's the beginning stages and it was confusing which you have since admitted clearly by changing the purchase price and it was noted in our facebook group.  SO... just REFUND me my money.  BUT no... they refuse... I have emailed and emailed and opened ticket after ticket.  They refuse to give me a refund.  The Miami office sends me a HELO since clearly there was confusion.  The HELO was sent and not wrapped in the box but in plastic.  Not only that, then where is the difference of $$ from what I paid and the purchase price of the HELO?  BAD BUSINESS!!!  

I don't want the HELO that was sent... I would not sell this product or be associated with this shady rip off company.  I do however, want my money back.  I have tried and tried and will not stop until I am refunded the money paid.

Stay away from this company!!

 

I am open to filing lawsuits or opening a class action as I am seeing similar experiences with this company posted.
