I asked them specifically about any frame damage, Santiago assured me that there is no frame damage, not only that he assured me that the car runs and drives. I explained to him that we are a small company, trying to promote Made-in-USA through export. Still they did not care..end result; I bought the car. It cost me $2500 in repairs to frame only and still not fixed, the car does not run and drive as they lied, cost me another $450 extra for transporting the car. I asked Santiago if he buys from certain auction, he assured me that they are the source and they supply that big auto auction I asked him about. Of course that was a lie, they buy from that auction and they resell by lying, deception and misrepresentation. Our total loss in that car beside our company's reputation, about $14000 ..the car still sitting in a foreign country's customs for the past 18 months.

To make matters worse, my car got broken into, and the title for this car was stolen among other papers, so naturally I asked them for help to replace it.. they made me go through hell..I contacted the Utah DMV, they told me it costs $6 but WorldWide Auto inc has to do it..they charged me $250..They have a world award winning customer service from the garbage, and a customer service manager trained by the devil himself.

I filed a complaint with the Utah BBB, for months long communications, they offered me a $400 credit towards my next purchase, or $200 in cash, I rejected their offer, I demanded an apology first and I came down with the money demand to $400 in cash...they refused to apologize and they refused to compensate financially.

Utah BBB is suggesting that we take it to an arbitrator that would cost me $75 an hour if I lose the claim. But my company decided not to go through with this option, we decided to expose these people...no body else should suffer, and no other businesses should struggle because of WorldWide Auto Inc.

Paid a $1000 deposit then googled the VIN and found the real pictures of the accident. Tried to get my deposit back but could only get 50%. I got somewhat lucky but definitely scammed and upset. Is there any ways to start a class action against them? they're just scamming everybody there must have a way to stop this. I'm ready to chip in. Let me know [email protected]
