Los Angeles,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

To believe that because a company has appeared on National Television they are somehow legitimized is ridiculous. The Worldwide Intelligence Network does not have an exemplary reputation. If they did, would their name appear on this site? If they did would they constantly have to make posts defending themselves? Would there be variety of sites all over the internet displaying customer opinions of their dishonest business practices? This company is a completely unethical and disreputable company whose owner is a certifiably, mentally unstable liar: Robert Mann. Be advised that you do business with this company at your peril. Robert Mann is a thief and with a commitment to deception.

I am very familar with this character. If you need an investigation done youd be better off hiring a teenage kid to do it. Calling this outfit an Investigator is like calling Hillary Clinton a right wing conservative. This guy is a joke of an investigator and steals your money up and down the line with no morals or integrity. Do you homework on Robert Mann, wincor.com worldwide intelligence network. Thats funny, "worldwide intelligence network" my god what a joke. I think he got his private investigators badge in a box of cracker jax

Assuming all this negative postings about Robert Mann, worldwide intelligence network, wincor.com is hit his pocket book hard. The way private investigation companies advertise nationwide or worldwide is to use independent contractors. Almost every single firm does this. Robert Mann in his articulation of facts represents these "600" Investigators as sounding like his employees when in fact they are anything but his employees in all honesty. The problem with using sub contractors is the quality of the work suffers as you no longer have control over the investigation. Mr. Mann knows this and obviously people are not satisfied for a variety of reasons. It is well documented Robert Mann had lied and mislead New York officals which lead to the suspension of his license. So now he wants us to believe he is being truthfull? When its proven a person will lie in offical proceedings why in the world would he hestitate to continue these lies in the face of several claims for poor work or taking retainer monies and not performing the work from disgruntal clients? If he has not already given serious thought to closing down his business and reopening with a different name he must at this point. He has to be financially in the red no doubt and is comming across way too defensive which worsens his credibility. Robert Mann has a terrible reputation in the Private Investigation industry and this is well known. Its a far stretch to make a bodyguard service into a private investigation business, he tried and failed

I came to this website looking for complaint about the medication Prozac or prescriptions. I found this IDIOT making a joke about prozac! It's no joke ROBERT MANN IDIOT! Do you think we have to take medication are happy about it? Is that how you are? Make fun of people who have medical or mental disabilities? and have you noticed that Robert Mann respond to every complaint on this site about worldwide intel is that the person "does not exist", "is not who they claim to be", "is making this up" ? That is only defense to everything? No one is who they say they are? Maybe you need medications too.

I have not had interaction with Worldwide Intelligence Network or Robert Mann. I have had no experiences with them. I want to make a suggestion and comment. "Mark" is correct, this forum should not be used for attacking people personally, or making pointless insults. Whether or not a person is on medication, or has been fired is irrelivent. Mark indicates that he has not worked for you. Unless you can prove otherwise then stick to the guidelines of this web site. Please address the issues raised Mr. Mann and try to conduct yourself in a professional way. The things you are writing make you look like a jerk. If you can defend the negative things written in this forum then do that instead of talking trash. Some valid concerns have been raised. If you are not willing to address them here, then please refrain from writing at all.

Again, this response indicates nothing other than a personal attack on the part of Mr. Mann. It is not a response to the problems posted. I am not affiliated with Tony in any way. I was not terminated as an employee of Mr. Mann's therefore I could not have "stolen" anything from Mr. Mann or his company. My standing in the industry cannot be good or bad. I'm not a private investigator. Frankly, the above post is confusing and unresponsive, which I'm sure is the plan. The point being that if you can defend against the things listed above please do so. That is how things get resolved, and is the reason for this site. So far all that is indicated is that you cannot.

This alleged Tony is mentally ill as previously mentioned in my rebuttal. Besides being nuts the alleged Tony is a terrible investigator. Why? Because Rip-off Report does not send notifications of rebuttal's to anyone. Yet the alleged Tony who originally filed this report in 2006 suddenly and mysteriously reappears to answer my rebuttals. Ladies and Gentlemen the Tony rebuttal is not from Tony (who in reality does not exist) it is from the socio path that we fired after we found him stealing, lying and cheating. Obviously, he cannot find employment and he has nothing better to do than to write these fraudulent communications as no one will hire him. Everyone in our profession knows how nuts he is. He needs a nice warm class of milk and a Prozac or three which I seem to recall l offering him once. I as the owner of my company identified myself to ripoff report. Why hasn't Tony or Mark (the same person) ever contacted me with their grievances? You know the answer it quite clear after reading these postings. We're done with this nonsense and we're prepared to defend every allegation against us with factual documentation. Can "Tony" or "Mark" say the same. No!

I haven't served in the military so I did not know any way to validate records other than to send a written request. In my case I requested printed records which takes longer than other forms of verification. It still did not take 6 months. I'm sure there are quicker ways. I think it's clear that the above post is correct. Where there is smoke there is fire. I also think it's interesting that Mr. Mann does not consider his military record to be something he is willing to validate to his fellow investigators or consumers and instead only to "qualified" people. Whatever that means. Everyone is entitled to the truth Mr. Mann. It would seem that I'm not the only person who takes issue with you and your operation.

Although Mr. Mann responded to my complaints he is mistaken about my being an employee. He insulted someone who worked for him aparantly for a very short time in response to my post. So the response is relatively meaningless. If you're an investigator Mr. Mann you should be able to do better than that. If facts are important to you then get them straight. My apologies to the person Robert bashed (who is obviously also an amateur investigator) but if you worked for Robert Mann then you got what you deserved.

Mr. Mann may have terminated a "substandard" employee but I am not sure how that relates to the issues written about here. I'm not the employee in question but I'd like to speak to the person he is talking about. Yet again though Robert Mann resorts to personal attacks on a former employee or associate. The ironic part is his inaccuracy about the identity. It is correct that military records do take a substantial amount of time to be issued. In my case it was not 6 months. It was 4 months, and 1 week before I received a response. In addition I had to provide good cause for the request. As I wrote above, there were no records for Robert Mann. My apologies to the former employee who was attacked in this forum, even though to work for Robert you couldn't have been too smart. Maybe you should find another line of work too.

Mr. Robert Mann, wincor.com, World Wide Intelligence Network seems to have almost the same response to every complaint listed about his business? Why should consumers not believe this "former employees" complaint. After all he worked for you did he not? I too served in the Military as an officer and it takes less than 2 hours to verify whether someone served or not. Not weeks like Mr. Mann has proposed. I dont think I would tend to believe Robert Mann as he posts similar responses to all the complaints about him

Anyone who would write a complaint like this is clearly a very vindictive person. I as the owner of this company have been in business in our community for over 40 years. Working long hours building an exemplary reputation. I was forced to terminate the services of one investigator who stole from us and whose performance was substandard. He has repeatedly written to me asking to meet me so he can explain away the fact that he is not a thief or dishonest. In my business we deal with facts not illusions and the employee cannot accept the fact that he was caught lying, cheating and stealing from our company. In one day he posted four complaints purporting to be four different people from Los Angeles to New York. Obviously he is known in our small industry as being inadequate and he seems to have no work offers so he uses all of his time writing complaints that are so fraudulent they are frankly not worthy of a reply. As a conscientious business person I would be remiss not to file a rebuttal. We are proud of the men and women who are on our team and who have served our country as Federal Agents and Detectives and we have over 600 agents worldwide registered with us for assignments all of whom are documented in our files and we are more than happy to show those files to qualified individuals. This pathetic terminated employee worked for our company about 5 or 6 weeks. He was in our office once and has had no knowledge of who we assign cases to, what caliber of qualifications they have or which branch of government they come from. He claimed he checked my military service record and could not find anything. It takes about six months or more through the Public Information Act (PIA) to request military records on anyone. I met this employee in July 2007 and fired him in August 2007. Need I say anything further? We are not claiming nor have we ever claimed that we assign cases to only former or retired government agents or detectives worldwide. I have never claimed anything about my past that is not true and I have a 40 year history to prove it. This man needs professional help and hopefully he will seek it out and get beyond his vindictiveness and get on with his life.
