This company offered me a 1-month trial for $19.99 in Dec. 2013. After that, it went to $89.00 per month. They promised me lots of internet leads from prospects looking to buy real estate in my area.. I received ZERO contacts from prospects, so I called on 3/21/14 to cancel the service. They would not cancel the service and kept talking and promising to make changes until I agreed to try it a little longer.
I still received ZERO contacts from prospects. So I called on 5/19/14 to cancel and Bret or Brent said he would give me an additional ad for free and give me 11 days free on the initial ad. He said that if I would try it for another month or two and if I didn't receive any leads he would refund the $89.00 billed after the 11 days. So, I reluctantly agreed.
On 8/1/14 I called to cancel and spoke with an African American female. She was nice at first, but when I told her what Bret had said and insisted on canceling, she got very upset. She had the nerve to still try to keep me from canceling. I asked to speak to Bret and she said he was not available. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused.
I insisted that I receive the refunds that Bret had promised me and she said he didn't tell me that and asked me for proof that he did say it. I said well, at lease refund the $89.00 that your company just billed me 2 days earlier. She refused. I told her that I had read about Worldwide Media Group on the Ripoff Report web site and she got furious. I told her that if they didn't at least refund the last $89.00 they billed me I was going to report them to the BBB and was going to add a complaint on the Ripoff Report web site. She really got mad then and hung up on me.
Great customer service, huh?
