WorldWide Timeshares Jason Halbrock Ripoff! I really wish I had found Ripoffreport.com before we gave Worldwide our credit card information. Orlando Florida
Jason Holbrook working with/for Worldwide Timeshares called stating he had a couple sitting at his desk wanting to buy our timeshare even though we had no contract with Worldwide. He was very insistent that he had a buyer and we were going to lose out if we didn't give him our credit card number RIGHT NOW!
I even had my husband call him back and he still insisted that he had a couple RIGHT in front of him and he just needed 799.00 to get the process started. He had a person call back to verify the ownership etc.. He insisted that my husband NOT tell the person calling that our timeshare was sold as that would be illegal! That was in Nov. of 2003 and we've not heard a word since.
I have tried to call Jason every day for the last two months and he is either on the other line, out to lunch, not working, and now Customer Service will not return my calls. I really wish I had found Ripoffreport.com before we gave Worldwide our credit card information.
If this story sounds familiar that is because the SAME THING happened to me on December 8, 2004.
