Called in my request to Worldwide Travel Center. Found out my accommodations in Orlando,FL (Kissimmee) at Ramanda Maingate West. Looked up the reviews . Lots of problems there.(tripadvisor.com)

Called Worldwide back to change my location of the hotel. Answer was NO. I explained that I have medical issues with chemical sensitivity.Which causes severe migraine headaches and a trip to the ER. They don't care. Offered only to cancel my reservation with a $25.00 rescheduling fee. After charging me a $60.00 deposit instead of $50.00 because I'm bringing my son along on the trip.I also told them that I would not sit through a time-share presentation

from the very beginning.Orlando, fl was not my first pick. They said because I didn't want to do presentation that's all they had available. Nothing in Cocoa Beach,FL or St. Augustine,FL which I would have liked better.

After reading the many complaints I was a bit nervous about going ahead and, attempting to make a reservation with this company but, I did anyway and, I am very happy with the results. I purchased a 8 day 7 night condo vacation for $200.00 from a young lady that sells them at a luggage store here in GA. I mailed in the reservation form with the neccessary taxes to the address in Deerfield Beach. I recieved a call in around 7 days later. The reservation agent was very polite and, gave me all the locations that were avalible to me. The list was quite impressive and, I picked out a really nice one but, she gave me the option of upgrading to a two bedroom for $200.00 more and, I was happy with that because, It was going to be me and, my husband plus our two children. She confirmed everything and, gave me a confirmation number and, told me that I would recieve written confirmation in a few days. The whole process was very smooth and, pleasent. I made sure there was going to be NO time share tour and, she assured me that there was no tour necessary. When I called the resort directly to find out the actual retail value I was told that if I would have booked direct then it would have been $2,500 for the week. SO I AM SO THRILLED THAT I WENT AHEAD AND WENT VIA WORLDWIDE TRAVEL CENTER. I just had to let people know that Worldwide is a great company and, that you can get something nice from them with no problem.I think that the problem is that with their 3 day 2 night Timeshare vacations. (The girl at the luggage store gave me one for free.) I have a 3 day 2 night vacation form that ask for credit card and, income info. That 3 day 2 night form rubbed me the wrong way so, I was not going to go forward with that one at all. I talked to the young lady that sold me the vacations and, she told me that the 3 day 2 nights are really timeshare vacations and, that is why they have such a bad reputation and, that you can go on the 3 day 2 nights and, when you get there they will try to ask you to go on the tour ect.My advice is that if you have the 3 day 2 night dump it in the trash but, if you have the Condo or Cruise from WorldWide go ahead and, use it and, you will be really happy with the results!I got my Condo in Orlando Florida and, if anyone wants to know what types of properties they have avalible email me and, I will tell you. (((ROR REDACTED))) As far as your complaint and, your rip off report is concerned...I really do not see what the problem is. They gave you one of your choices out of the 3 and, if you read the text on the brochure it says very clearly that "No changes are permited once confirmed". Also, the brochure also states that you do need to pay the deposit and $10.00 extra for bringing the extra person. I do not think you have a valid complaint and, If you did not agree to the terms and, conditions maybe you should not have went ahead and, phoned in your reservations.
