Worldwide Travel Resources, Inc. Vacation Club SCAM Metairie Louisiana
On January 26, 2013, my husband and I attended a presentation given by Worldwide Travel Resources, Inc. powered by Universal Concepts, Inc. We sat through the presentation which consisted of real examples of various vacations that could be taken at greatly reduced prices if you had a membership to this 'vacation club'. Worldwide Travel Resources, Inc. explained to us that they were the distributor for A 2 Z Vacation members by finding the lowest rate at time of booking. We decided to join this vacation club - the price we paid was $2,990.00
On two separate occasions, we attempted to 'book' vacations through A 2 Z Vacation. On both occasions, we were able to obtain cheaper rates by 'booking' the vacations ourselves and not going through A 2 Z Vacations - the 'Vacation Club' that was suppose to be able to provide significant discounts!
I emailed a representative of Worldwide Travel Resources about my dissatisfaction with the member to this 'vacation club' - I did not receive any response. I definitely feel that this is a 'scam'. Worldwide Travel Resources totally misrepresented the product they were selling.
