On behalf of Worldwide Travel, I would like to reach out to anybody that has ever had an issue with our company in the past. Worldwide Travel is a good company that prides itself in customer service.
From time to time during the promotions we offer, we hire outside marketing companies to produce leads for us during our events. We have received some complaints from customers in the past , regarding some of the incentives that were used by the outside marketing companies for the different promotions offered. If you or anybody you know has received any incentives from a marketing company in order to attend a Worldwide Travel presentation, and have encounters any problems, please contact us immediately!
We have a commitment to our customers, and to our reputation, to make sure that we do whatever we can to make things right. Unfortunately we have discovered that some of these reviews found on this site, have been written by the competing companies in our industry as a way to deter people from joining our club. We encourage you to contact us if you have a legitimate complaint, so that we may fix the problem for you. We are not perfect, and we want to keep a good relationship with people, members or not.
Understand that we have the right to investigate, and legally pursue anybody that has put any negative content about our company or employees, and if found to be an unjust cause, we have the right to press charges for libel (internet graffiti). This is a very serious matter, and is heavily regulated by the Federal government, as a lot of hackers, and bloggers have been able to extort money from good companies and people by committing libel.
