Worldwidetimesharesales.com ripoff Worldwide time sharesales.com / Mr. Green mistreated and ripped off Orlando Florida .....
I purchased an agreement to sale my timeshare in March of 2002 between sales rep Gina Newton and myself. She assured me that she could sale the timeshare in 3 Months. I later learn the reason that I couldn't sale my timeshare was because it was included in a bankruptcy since January so that made my contract basically non valid.
The problem started after I informed the company that i wanted a refund had they did the correct reseach they would have never be able to post my Ad. I spoke to a Mr. Martin to let him know what had happened and he informed myself that since there was timeshare there is no contract.
Then I hadn't heard anything from there so i called back in April to find out he was no longer there so I was talking to Mr Frazier would turn me to Mr. Green who had me submit the information in to him again. Now he finally stated that he would give me half.
Up to the last time that I spoke with him which was in Dec. he stated that the paper work was no longer in his hands and that I would have to speak with Customer service. I also wrote to BBB Mr Green replied to the letter stating no one every offer me anything and It was my negligence that my unit was in foreclosure.
The timeshare was included in backruptcy and he lied about everything. Also my timeshare is still running on there web site F85287. I know the company is a rip off and they should be added to the ripoff report.
