 Signed up for a free trial. I found the site to be quite inferior in that they only show items that have been listed on Ebay. They do ZERO research beyond Ebay.. no auction house connections whatsoever. I attempted to cancel my trial on the 5th day, however the link to cancel does not work and I was redirected back to the billing page.  There is simply no way to cancel the trial. I called their 1-800 number but nobody picks up. I left a voice message and sent email as well, but received no response.  Sure enough, the charge still appeared on my card and I had to dispute it.

 I actually got back to you and again received no response. I had to file a dispute with my credit card and you did not respond to them either... suffice it to say that I was refunded. Your entire company is a scam. You rely solely on Ebay for market values and Ebay by itself is not enough of a source for such information. After doing some research, I see that this practice of non-refunding customers is par for your course. Your company has a good idea, but unfortunately, the idea has fallen far short of its potential. Beyond that, You are garbage and your company should cease to exist.

I already tried calling you and emailing you, and your company was completely unresponsive and flat out did the opposite of what they were asked to do. Now you play Monday morning quarterback?!? From what Ive seen filed with the BBB, this behavior is par for your company's course. The dispute has been filed, feel free to explain yourself to the credit card company.  You already have my email and phone number on file.  If you truly wished to contact me, you would have when the dispute was filed. Who are you kidding?
