I looked online to see which tool I wanted to buy, and chose the 20 volt cordless set because they also offered a multitool for grout removal. At the Worx website I was shown one Trimmer/Blower combination set and was advised that the tools were available at Kmart. I went to the local Kmart, bought the only Trimmer/Blower combination set they had and went home. When I opened the box I found the charger was broken - called the helpline and they agreed to send a replacement charger. A neighbor had a charger and charged the batteries. Using the set I found that I had bought a different model of the set - an older model. I emailed Worx and asked them to assist me. Long story short, after two weeks I had nothing to show, and someone had apparently canceled the charger replacement. I took the set back to kmart for a full refund. Kmart was not at fault! My only camplaint is with Worx. Every time I sent an email (five or six) it was delt with by a different customer service person. The corporate line was they were only responsible for what THEY sold - stores sold other versions. I have fired Worx, will never buy another Worx product due to their lack of customer support, and am totally irritated to have been suckered this way. I had no idea they had other versions as no mention of it was made. If you insist on buying Worx, be absolutely clear of the model number you want, and make sure what they sell you is the same. This is my first Bait and Switch experience. and I hope, my last. I subsequently bought Ryobi and feel satisfied. Ryobi also offers a multitool that uses the same power supply so Worx isn't the only one (worth knowing).
