Wowscape Deceptive business practices , taking money with out providing people with due rewards. Internet
Being very new to World of Warcraft i had thought it would be cool to join a "More laid back" version on wowscapes privatley ran gameserver. You can connect for free and only have to deal with horrible lag and constent dissconnects all day long. Not a bad trade off.
While progressing throught the game i had came across "Donors" who pay real money to help upkeep the server & to recieve items ingame of huge powers.This was a dream come true.... i could play at my own pace and have abilities that no one on retail could ever imagine! until after i had donated i found its nearly immpossible to contact a GM to ever get these so called items handed to you.
After spending countless hours trying to get any kind of support or answers to the "best way" get my reward, i have to deal with runarounds like never before. You cannot #1 message any GM ingame unless they allow you too. #2 Sending a ticket ingame only leaves a annoying little box in your top right hand cornor that reads something like " Your message will be reviewed soon"
#3 When you do somehow contact this GM they are either playing a char and not working atm or they are not availble do to unknown reasons.
If someone is going to reward you for donating its your right to recive that item. On a ending not i EXTREMELY want all who plan to donate to WoWscape.net to take it as that a DONATION do not let the preety pictures on the website of these magical items sway your pocketbook because you will NOT recive any help or customer service when you dont get your items or need help with a payment issue. Be warned.
