WPFixit.com No matter what repair I give them after I paid $58 they say is not a repair and I need to get a developer. This is a repair needed for certain posts in my Wordpress site. California
I want to know how to get a refund for $58. No matter what I submit to be fixed on my website, I am told by Jay that it is not a repair. I have a posting issue wherein because the content is in a frame, it does not line up correctly in the view of the post on mobile views of my site. I need it repaired. I paid believing they would do this as a repair.
I am totally dissatisfied with the service I have received and would like to have my money refunded. When I ask for a manager because their support person Jay is insolent and could not figure out how to use the password to edit my site, Jay replied that he is the Manager and there is no one above him to go to. They are horrible.
I had another WP repair site that can do this type of repair without question. I am trying to save other people from being burned by this company. There are many other complaints about them on their Facebook page.
