Steve "the world greatest customer service rep" is now able to not only track down an individuals account given a first name...but he can find them if they reside in another country! THEY ARE DRAWING INTEREST ON YOUR MONEY....by the time you figure it out and are refunded...they have already profitted. Notice Steve always has the same response on all these complaints throughout this website.

We have attempted to post this rebuttal twice, but each time it has been truncated. Please post this rebuttal in full so that we can address the customer's concerns. Thank you! We apologize for any misimpression that Lee may have about our services and our company. The standard iFriends membership carries no charge. However, the charges mentioned by Lee were for enrollment in the premium Elite membership, which does carry a monthly charge. This type of membership was chosen by him at the time of signup. We make sure that all charges are clearly and conspicuously disclosed. When Lee created the account, he gave his affirmative consent via multiple click-throughs before premium services were accessed. Our "Customer is Always Right" policy ensures that we take action sufficient to completely satisfy each customer, including making refunds for any charges which a customer has incurred but disputes. We have therefore refunded the charges which were billed to Lee, and have also cancelled the iFriends account, which was still active. We have notified him of the refunds and account cancellation. If he has any further questions or concerns, we encourage him to contact our Customer Care Center, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling 00-800-4374-3637. This is a toll-free call from the UK.
