Unfortunately, because the complaining user did not provide many individual details, we could not find his account. We very much want to resolve the issue that he has brought up, and we strongly urge him to contact our Customer Care Department, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by calling 1-800-243-9726 (a toll-free call from the US). Once we speak to him directly, we will be able to resolve the issue completely, and we are committed to providing him with absolute satisfaction. We are not entirely sure that the user's gripe is with us. If, as he said, he signed up for Friendfinder.com or 7273bill.com, our company has nothing to do with those companies and is not associated with them in any way. If the user has received charges from the company operating that service, he will need to contact them directly to resolve the situation. If he has received charges directly from iFriends, however, that means that either he or someone else established an account on the iFriends service. Any charges from iFriends will clearly state our company name, as well as a toll-free phone number right on the credit card statement that may be used to contact our Customer Care department.
