We found P4cm4n88's account with the iFriends service, using the information he provided in his report. The account has been cancelled, and all charges (a total of $1105.98) have been refunded. If he has any further questions, we ask him to contact us directly by calling 1-800-243-9726, our toll-free Customer Care line. Shortly after P4cm4n88 created his account, he chose to access numerous premium pay-per-view area of the service. These areas carried per minute charges. The associated charges were clearly and conspicuously disclosed in advance, and P4cm4n88 consciously chose, through his participation in numerous click-throughs, to enter those premium areas. P4cm4n88 participated fully in both text and video portions of pay-per-view areas that he entered. Our review of his account records shows he expressed full awareness, while using our services, that he was incurring premium charges on a per-minute fee basis. As P4cm4n88 mentions, he called our Customer Care Department and spoke to a representative about the charges that we billed to him. We appreciate that he contacted us directly to resolve the issue.
