Gareth, I've been a customer of ifriends since 2001. I've never had a major concern, however, when I did need to contact them, their CS dept was always helpful. They've even refunded money for charges when I was unhappy with the service. I would suggest just calling the phone number listed next to the charge on your statement and they should take care of it for you. I've also dealt with there email team at [email protected]
