hey how are you i had the same thing on my account i jus noticed it today after being charged over 200$ form them i just called the company and they closed off my account and got me a refund for this month wich was 10$ im trying to get more i dunno if you have the number or no but try calling 800-243-9726 and speek to them hope it was helpfull

Sportfan opened his Incrediblecams account last Sunday. Shortly after he created his account, he visited an area of the site that charged a per-minute rate. The charges for $35.88 and $378.73 are charges for the premium areas that Sportfan visited during his time on the Incrediblecams service. While there are many areas on the Incrediblecams website that are free, premium areas (areas that are not free) are always plainly marked in advance so that our customers can identify what they will be billed for. WPI iFriends provides billing services for Incrediblecams, which is why Sportfan saw a charge from WPI iFriends on his credit card. The $1 charge is a credit card authentication fee which is billed to every customer who creates an account. This fee is prominently disclosed in advance, and was automatically applied to Sportfan's first purchase of premium services on the site. We sincerely apologize that Sportfan was disappointed with his experience on the Incrediblecams website. In keeping with our commitment to complete customer satisfaction, we have refunded in full the charges billed to him.
