No customer could possibly incur charges on our service without advance disclosure of such charges and numerous multiple click-throughs by the customer to indicate their affirmative consent (and acknowledgment of their consent) to such charges. Just wanted to add that whoever the customer service represenative who handles claims, I sure would like to know why i'm being charged the above amounts & what it's for. I hope however easy it was for Ifriends to place charges on my card that it's that easy to put it back. This matter needs to be resolved as easy & as quick as my account was charged.*Ifriendly reminder.THANK-YOU
