We found Claus account on the iFriends service. As he requested, we have cancelled the account and refunded charges to his account. Claus should see these refunds within the next 7-10 business days. When Claus originally created the iFriends account in question, he chose to sign up for the premium Elite membership. This membership costs $9.95 per month, and the fees are disclosed in advance. This is the reason that Claus was charged. If he would like to reactivate his account, with or without a premium membership, our Customer Care department would be happy to do that.
