In response to my response (Heh)... There might be a minimum amount. Such as in California the disputed amount must be over $50. Contact your local Attorney General's office (I'm too lazy to look it up). And I have read in several places the dispute must be filed within 60 days.

Having recently researched this, I believe I can provide you a few tips to reclaim part of your money. 1) I would check with your children, if you have any to make sure they didn't purchase it. I know it sounds like I'm kidding around, but it is serious statement as that happens sometimes. 2) contact the company and request for the refund. 3) If the company refuses or doesn't respond within a timely manner (I am unable to define what timely maybe) then: Contact your bank and indicate you wish to dispute the charges. VISA and MasterCard has policy in place to protect consumers, if you have a different card you should be protect per this quote: "Federal and state laws in the United States protect credit cardholders against liability for unauthorized transactions, against failure to receive goods or services, and in certain instances where poor quality or defective goods and services have been delivered by a merchant."
