After searching the internet for faucets for our bathroom remodeling job we came upon lightinthebox.com's website. We found some very god looking bathroom faucets. They are chrome with glass waterfall style spouts.

Being a skeptic I contacted the sales department through their online chat. I explained to the sales person what we were looking for and what the application for the faucets we were interested in would be used for. She repeatedly told me these were quality top of the line products and would fit any standard bathroom sink, but we would need to purchase a converter so as to hide the other two holes in our sink since these faucets requires only one mounting hole.

I started my project since this was the last item we needed to buy. The faucets arrived and are beautiful. Problem is they do not fit through the holes in our china sinks with the water lines attached. You need to attach the water lines first because access from below is impossible because of the faucet design.

The mounting system is a cheap system that uses two pieces of threaded rod, a half moon bracket and four nuts. Unfortunately the threaded holes that the rod are supposed to be screwed into are poorly made and the rods will not tighten. I took them to the hardware store and could not find a screw. bolt, or threaded rod that will tighten in the threaded holes because the metal is so thin that there are not enough threads to catch what ever you are trying to put there.

Contacting their customer service line is by email only and very difficult. If you call the company or try contacting customer service through  their online chat you are told they are not available. We finally sent them an email and they refused to accept a return on the laim excuse that the faucets may get broken when shipped back.

So now I have two expensive faucets that I will have to modify if I can that I really do not want and can not use unless I make some modifications.
